Warrior Code

1. Defend your Clan, even with your life.
2. You may have friendships in other Clans, but your loyalty must be to your own Clan.
3. Do not hunt or trespass on another Clan's territory.
4. Elders and kits must be fed before apprentices and warriors.
5. Unless they have permission, apprentices may not eat until they have hunted to feed the elders
6. Prey is killed ONLY to be eaten.
7. A cat cannot become deputy until they have been a mentor.
8. The deputy will become Clan leader when the leader dies or retires.
9. After the death or retirement of a deputy, he/she must be replaced before moonhigh.
10. A gathering of the four Clans is held at the full moon during a truce that lasts for the night.
11. Boundaries must be checked and marked daily.
12. No warrior may neglect a kit in pain or danger. Yes, even if it comes from a different Clan.
13. No cat shall kill in battle without a good reason.
14. Everycat must obey his/her leader.
15. A true warrior rejects the soft life of a kittypet.
16. All cats should respect their elders and those who are superior in ranking.
17. Mothers will choose the first part of their kits' names and leaders decide their suffixes.
18. Medicine cats may not have kits or a mate.
19. Medicine cats go share dreans with StarClan at the half moon.
20. Kits must be six moons of age in order to become apprentices.
